Meeting in two weeks will likely center on range of actions geared at preventing Iran from achieving nuclear weapons capability, whether through sanctions, talks, or military strike.
U.S. President Barack Obama will host a meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington on March 5, the White House said on Monday, a session that will likely center on the West’s efforts to thwart Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
A White House statement rounding up the recent Israel visit by Obama’s National Security Advisor Tom Donilon, which announced the date for the upcoming meeting, indicated that the top advisor discussed the “full range of security issues of mutual concern” during his meetings with Israeli leadership.
“The visit is part of the continuous and intensive dialogue between the United States and Israel and reflects our unshakeable commitment to Israel’s security,” the statement added...more…

This is a statement from Kamal al-Halbawi, who this week became the first Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood leader to visit Tehran.
There he announced that he wanted for Egypt what Iran has today: “a true Islamic state.”
“Egypt and the world of Islam as a whole need leaders like President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad,” he said.
Egypt should join “a new world order with Iran and Venezuela plus Hizbullah and Hamas to chase away the Americans.”

Jordan warned Israel on the Sunday over attempts by right wing activist storm Al Aqsa Mosque as fresh clashes broke out in Jerusalem in the latest sign that simmering tensions are threatening to transform the third holiest site in Islam into a flashpoint for conflict.
Foreign minister Nasser Judeh denounced the use of force by Israeli authorities against worshipers during clashes that erupted yesterday morning after Israeli police accompanied a group of non-Muslim visitors into Al Aqsa Mosque through the Bab Al Magharbeh gate.

We told you last week that the granddaughter of Trinity Broadcasting Network’s Paul and Jan Crouch has accused the world’s largest Christian broadcaster of unlawfully distributing charitable assets worth more than $50 million to the company’s directors.
The charges were leveled in a federal lawsuit filed by Crouch granddaughter Brittany Koper (far left) against her former lawyers, who also do legal work for Trinity. One of those lawyers said her charges were “outright fiction and wholly without merit.”
